In 2007 El Mahrosa company merged with EPH company (for advanced medical technology) under the umbrella of EPH group.
In 2020, EPH Company was acquired by CARDIO FIX Group—Beside advances medical services CardioFix is specialized in hospital management and accreditation, 3D Printing in the medical field, and medical tourism—leading to the creation of the Medical Systems business area within the CARDIO FIX Group.
IRWAA Life Care operates in the UAE, Egypt, UK and Germany, and after acquiring CardioFix Group in 2025, it expanded globally with advanced hospital management solutions and mobile technologies like ECMO, HIPEC, and mobile cardiac surgery units.
